全球半導(dǎo)體解決方案供應(yīng)商瑞薩電子（TSE：6723）今日宣布針對(duì)專(zhuān)注于高性能無(wú)線產(chǎn)品的無(wú)晶圓廠半導(dǎo)體公司Panthronics AG（以下“Panthronics”）的收購(gòu)，在獲得必要的監(jiān)管批準(zhǔn)后，于日本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)間2023年6月2日、中歐夏令時(shí)2023年6月1日成功完成。瑞薩電子同時(shí)宣布了13項(xiàng)“成功產(chǎn)品組合”解決方案設(shè)計(jì)，將瑞薩電子的產(chǎn)品與Panthronics獨(dú)特的近場(chǎng)通信（NFC）技術(shù)相結(jié)合，展示了瑞薩電子產(chǎn)品陣容的持續(xù)擴(kuò)展，特別在連接領(lǐng)域。
